[UI] Qos config's code-point to FC mapping is not displayed properly

Bug Description
R3.1 Build 4 Ubuntu 14.04 Kilo
Two things ;
A) In the qos-config as shown in attachment, i have added DSCP mapping of
3 to FC 10
4 to FC 12
2 to FC 11
But the UI doesnt show the 3rd entry anywhere, not even when the qos config details are seen.
"3 : 10
undefined : undefined
(1 more)"
The details , when clicked should show all the 3 mapping tables
B)
In the output above (3 : 10) , the UI does not say what 10 is . The column name suggests that it is a "DSCP", but "3: 10" is not a DSCP value.
We should have probably called the column names "DSCP : Forwarding class", "Vlan Priority: Forwarding class" and so on

and Both A) and B) are more clear in expansions
