Unity 8 black screen on login - Cherryview variant

Not sure which duplicate this is but getting a lot of black screen on login but then also managed to log in (or was it me pressing the Esc key?).

On yakkety, Cherryview (Braswell 14nm Atom with 8th gen Intel graphics)

I've installed yakkety on a cherryview/cherrytrail Atom today (x5-Z8300) and Unity8 works fine.

Your attached logs however just show you've hit an existing Mir crash; duplicate of bug 1506358. You're only the second person though to have reported it crashing the unity8 process :(
