Bug Description
Both ARM and AArch64 architectures offer /dev/ttyAMA0 when virtualized.
/etc/inittab needs to be fixed so user can login into serial console (like it is possible on x86).

This patch (from Scott) added serial console on AArch64. Merging it would close the bug.
