Application can not download the attachment by short-clicking on that file

Description:
The application can not use short-click to download the attachment.

Reproduce Steps:
    a) Launch Telegram
    b) Enter the dialog with your contact
    c) Click on the download icon of the attachment you received
    d) Observe the attachment behavior

Expected Result:
Telegram starts to download the file after clicked.

Actual Result:
Telegram does nothing after the file is clicked.

Occurrence:
10/10 (100%)

I confirmed,
it is a regression so set to critical.

A quick work around is to tap and hold. While in multi-list view is possible to download and open the attachments.
