'deploy_ceilometer_ha_with_external_mongo' test failed on updating cluster attributes with 400 bad request {"message": "[mongo_db_name] Invalid database name", "errors": []}

Steps to reproduce:
execute steps from 'deploy_ceilometer_ha_with_external_mongo' test
        1. Create cluster. Set install Ceilometer, external Mongo option
        2. Add 3 node with controller role
        3. Add 1 nodes with compute and ceph roles
        4. Add 1 node with ceph role
        5. Deploy the cluster
        6. Verify ceilometer api is running
        7. Run OSTF

Expected results:
test passes

Actual result:
there is an error 'HTTPError: HTTP Error 400: Bad Request' in the test

It looks like issue in external mongo database (according to mentioned similar issue https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1545640). Ceilometer team, please take a look

Swarms were successful at the last 7 builds if this problem reproduce again we will be resolve it.
