Bug Description

Ubuntu 16.10 unity8-desktop

High IO while moving the icons position [launcher]
disk write 500KB/s (Actual disk write: 2.3 M/s??) mostly dconf-service and accounts-daemon

how to: drag an icon out of the launcher (don't let go!) and move your mouse up and down or whatever on the screen

The reason for this is that it immediately syncs the new ordering to gsettings and accountsservice...
