Show name_or_id when profile name is white space

Bug Description

Reproduce:
1 Open Cluster/Profiles page
2 Create a profile with name "white space"
3 Then there will display a profile with name "white space" in the table.
But this profile could not be clicked into it's detail page.
So there should show profile's name_or_id when it's name is "white space".
