A SNN publication doesn't have addables settings, in Properties tab.

this is fixed now. It was a bit tricky, because it was acquiring Silva/views/edit/tab_addables. I moved the NP view to be within Silva/views/edit/Container/Publication/tab_addables, but it was _still_ acquiring the "no addables". So, copying the Publication/tab_addables to the NP view fixed this issue. Ugh, I don't like this fix.
