Linux Mint 18 64-bit Cinnamon Edition
This is not so much a bug as it is a mistake in wording in the Nemo file manager. When right-clicking on a file, then selecting the + or - symbol in the top right corner of the menu, there is a grammar mistake. When the + is clicked, the text next to it changes from "Show more actions" to "Show less actions". This should be "Show fewer actions" to be grammatically correct.
