missing: simple install guide

We've got a gap in our docs, somewhere between the SAIO for devs (http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/development_saio.html) and the multinode install (http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/howto_installmultinode.html) for getting someone up and running with swift.

We need a simple install document for someone to install Swift on a single server with a few drives and be done in 10 minutes. Everything should be running, and there should be a couple of storage policies, but there's no need to deal with more complicated things like load balancing, replication networks, fancy logging, or monitoring.

How does bash scripts sound for this?

I have a one step install that sets up everything in about 5 minutes. All the user has to do is, switch to "swift" user and source the openrc I'm providing and get started with using swift.
