Bug Description
The list of "instance_id" in the Hypervisor dashboard isn't scoped to the selected time interval, meaning that deleted instances will still appear until they are purged from the InfluxDB database.

Right now, templating only supports queries in the form of "SHOW TAG VALUES FROM FOO WITH KEY BAR [WHERE ...]". There's a feature request for supporting SELECT queries [1]. Until it is implemented, there's nothing we can do to alleviate this bug unfortunately.
