Bug Description

How to reproduce:

1. Go to Admin -> Metadata Definitions
2. Locate the "Protected" column (header cell)
3. Click the header cell to sort the column.
4. See how the Sort Indicator appears in the bottom of the cell

Actual result:
The sort indicator does not fit in the header cell, making the table header to increase its size.

Expected result:
The sort indicator should be located to the right of the text. Just as the rest of the columns do.

The above bug holds good even for the Public column cell as well. Need to implement the same set of instructions for the Public column as well.

I reproduced this bug on the Identity -> Projects panel by adding a very long description to a project. The "Enabled" column also rendered incorrectly in the same manner.

This indicates that the problem is in the common rendering code and very long column data can starve the other columns.
