Bug Description

Manual http://docs.openstack.org/developer/tripleo-docs/post_deployment/replace_controller.html
doesn't help much on TripleO Quickstart . Similar instructions for TripleO QuickStart regarding failed Controller Node involved into 3 Node HA Controller are required. Specially after publishing
on RDO mailing list https://www.redhat.com/archives/rdo-list/2016-July/msg00067.html

Hi,
we need more context here. I want to clarify that what we published on RDO list has nothing to do with node replacement.
The right place for the baremetal undercloud stuff is today under tripleo-quickstare-extras [1] but again this is just for deploying a baremetal undercloud not for replace nodes.
The link to the tripleo docs is a 404, so we need first to check which kind of documentation are we referring to.
That said, I think it is good to think about developing the replacement node part somewhere in oooq, but we need to make a plan around it because it will not be so trivial.

The above comment contains a wrong link, the correct on for tripleo-quickstart-extras is https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-quickstart-extras

This is not a ci problem, and it's not clear what is actually being asked for here because the initial description is confusing. I don't think we can do anything with this until it is clarified.
