After a suspend, the indicator sometimes does not gain control

Bug Description
Some times when I wake my computer from suspend, the indicator will not try to load and find networks. It appears that is being disabled from a lower layer, or that the DBus connection to NM is broken/frozen
I thought it was a hardware problem, but I've had another computer with the same issue
I'm able to force a connection if i go to Connect to Hidden Network and re-add mine from there, or by rebooting
