[patch] Weather applet 'Fetching data' icon does not properly size

When the weather applet fetches data it shows the weather.com logo, but does not size it properly for non-default sized docks. It is just one line which needs to be added:

    icon = icon.scale_simple(height, height, gtk.gdk.INTERP_BILINEAR)

needs to be inserted after line 102 of weather.py.

Fixed in bzr 170 in trunk.

This is actually back as of a bit ago, I think when someone made a bunch of changes they used an old version instead of a fresh branch.

Actually Andrew, the release didn't address this at all, so re-re-opened. I suppose I can take a crack at this.
