Bug Description

I believe that somewhere in the GNOME documentation (Help/Yelp) that is pre-installed there should be instructions to upgrade to the latest GNOME version using the gnome3 and gnome3-staging PPAs, even if it's an "Advanced User" section or something with a warning, I believe that it should be easier to find out about it through the official built-in means.
