The patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/339034/ is not merged, has failed tests - it's not ready for backporting and cannot be accepted to product. We will look into backporting as soon as the patch is merged.

This patch fixes the file which has not presented in 7.0 yet. File api-ref/source/parameters.yaml shipped with bp/api-ref-in-rst.
