Bug Description
ubuntu 16.04 LTS
When I start the operating system, I get the messages:
usb 5-1: device descriptor read/64, error -71
usb 5-1: device not accepting address 4, error -71
usb 5-1: device not accepting address 5, error -71
usb usb5-port1: unable to enumerate USB device
My external Seagate USB harddisk does not work.
This problem started after the latest software update.
