Bug Description

Could you add `enabled` column to dsns table? If `enabled` = 0 the record is ignored.

Should be convenient for maintenance, or in case we know that the slave is not in sync.

We are taking into consideration. I thought this could be nice feature. To workaround, you may delete or not include slave information into dsns table.
