Bug Description
Broadcast DJ
Currently you can set up to automatically send the MP3 metadata to encoders. However to make a manual change you have to go into preferences to set it manually.
Having a widget input Custom Metadata with an enable checkbox which overrides the MP3 metadata. This can be used when a song doesn't have metadata or information for live performances or discussion.

shoutcast is the proprietary product, broadcasting is the name of the feature, so 'broadcast' > 'shoutcast' as a tag imo -- I was going to go through the shoutcast tag and rename them all to broadcast
