Broadcast DJ

When encoders are enabled getting encoder data (how many listeners). I don't know how you get this data except you can get it from the stream. There are scripts out there, I'll try and find one but I don't know what format is needed.

This is what stats are displayed, however we don't need to see all of this. One programs takes # of listeners for each encoder adds them together and plots it on a chart.

If we want to introduce it we may want to move all 25 bugs to the new tag. Is it worth the time?
