Bug Description
I got two monitors:
On left in pivot 27inch QHD,
on right normal FHD
New windows apear "inteligently" only to left display.
When I force it in settings to add new window to right display then it not place windows in free space.
Ubuntu 14.04, AMD Radeon HD 5450
