Xapps scope empty

Bug Description

Xapps scope is empty at first (after unity8 loads), i have to refresh to see the apps installed
how to test.. boot, login into unirt8, go to Xapps

We need more information on how to reproduce this problem. Specifically, what device are you using (desktop, phone, tablet)?

Are you using the XApps scope installed from the store or using the apt command line?

If you're on desktop, do you have the stable-phone-overlay PPA installed?

@bregna, oh sorry, so i'm using a desktop x86, ubuntu 16.10. i don't have the stable-phone-overlay PPA installed, do i need to install it on 16.10? noob here :D
i don't remember how i installed the Xapps scope but i think using apt
