Azure: crsn includes "None" after failed country code lookup

Bug Description

The item names for UK North and UK South appear to be incorrect. UK North is given as "Nonenn1i3" and UK South 2 is given as "Noness2i3". Based on other names, I believe that "gbnn1i3" and "gbss2i3" were intended.

This is still an issue and has grown to four regions now. Looking at the release streams for Azure [1] the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS Focal release shows 4 items with "None" seemingly appended to the front of the region name:

Nonecc1i3
Nonenn1i3
Noness1i3
Noneww1i3

The ISO3166 country code is missing and I believe these should actually be:

aecc1i3
gbnn1i3
gbss1i3
aeww1i3

The locations_crsn function in o2lib need to be updated to not return None here.
