Remove Icehouse and Juno content from sitemap

We don't want to access the old docs, so should remove Icehouse and Juno content from sitemap.

To fix this, should the .htaccess be updated to redirect juno and icehouse and then the sitemap be regenerated?

No. Fix the doc-tool for sitemap generation, and re-generate sitemap.xml. Updating ".htaccess" is a next step.

    Regenerate sitemap.xml to exclude juno and icehouse content

    Docs for juno and icehouse should not be accessd, so this updates the
    sitemap.xml file to remove them.
