apt-rpm (0.5.15lorg3.2-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Removed redundant build dependencies that are already pulled in by
    librpm-dev and not used by this package itself (closes: #432501)
  * Changed library package name because of new soname
  * Added versioned build dependency on libc6-dev because the weird soname
    of libapt-rpm-pkg requires a predictable libc version
