Bug Description
On windows platform, applications are allowed to place read-lock on files that prevent other application from reading it (for example Outlook does that).
This might cause issues when Freezer tries to read the file for backup.
Maybe this is mitigated directly through tar (I doubt it) or with the use of VSS.
