Detailed bug description:
 Fresh Newton Keystone package won't provide ability to run Keystone as system service with eventlet. So we have to migrate Keystone under Apache on master node.
Steps to reproduce:
 -
Expected results:
 Keystone is running under Apache with wsgi.
Actual result:
 Using systemd service.
Reproducibility:

Workaround:
 -
Impact:
 Master node for all Newton installations with fresh packages.

    So this migration is done.
