Bug Description

Binary package hint: mysql-admin

The MySQL Admin gui crashes when adding a host to a newly created user.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start MySQL Admin
2. Log in as Administrative User
3. Select User Administration
4. create a new user
5. grant the user some rights on a database
6. select the user in the treeview
7. select add host
8. say localhost
9. click OK -> crash
