after resize the marquee, the icons and backgrounds of marquee plugins look ugly

Bug Description
you can see prior bug (146095) for more discussion of marquee size changing
Steps:
1. change the settings in /etc/hildon-
under [Marquee]
change X-Size-Height and X-Size-Width value to adjust the marquee settings
2. restart the hildon desktop
you will see:
stature bar cannot be resize
the icons and background of marquee plugins are very ugly
