Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
After a successful fresh install of Gutsy (Kubuntu), I ran Adept and it says that there is a distribution upgrade. I go ahead with the upgrade and it fails with an error message. The error message is: "Getting upgrade prerequisites failed - The system was unable to get the prerequisites for the upgrade. The upgrade will abort now and restore the original system state." Again, this is not an upgrade, it was a fresh install.
