Bug Description
default install of 7.10 is vulnerable to fork bombs. RLIMIT_NPROC should be set to prevent wabbit attack.

Thanks for this report, and helping to make Ubuntu better. RLIMIT_NPROC is being set, and is scaled based on available system memory.
