Bug Description
MOS 9.0
I'm creating local MOS mirror and want to apply new repo settings to nodes.
Issue that after "fuel-mirror apply --default" there is no "Deploy changes" button,
but Settings-
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install MOS9.0 (i'm using RC2, probably same with GA)
2) Deploy any env
3) Check initial repo settings
4) fuel-mirror create -I /usr/share/
5) Check updated repo settings (will point to Fuel master)
Expected result:
"Deploy changes" button visible
Actual result:
No "Deploy changes" button
Dirty workaround:
Change priorities param for Auxiliary repo and "Deploy changes" will appear
