Handle BadStatus responses in Archive to Box

We have a community (ACNP Grants etc.) which, when being archived, results in a BadStatus response. Look at the following:

- See if it fails on the same KARL object each time...if so, investigate to see why

- See if there is more information coming back to requests from Box with error information…maybe the HTTP response body is telling us the problem

- If it turns out to be some intermittent error and not content-related, perhaps we try three times to resend before giving up
