[Training guides] Getting Started - improvements needed

1) The scope of Associate guide aligning with Big Tent model
: OpenStack Associate training-guides focuses on Horizon, Nova, Glance, Neutron, Cinder, Swift, and Keystone.
: In Big Tent model, we say core services and optional services.
(For more information, see http://www.openstack.org/news/view/134/openstack-project-navigator-helps-users-design-clouds-for-their-use-cases .)
: We need to make Associate training-guides aligning with Big Tent model.
: However, readers might be confused without mentioning "6 core services and Horizon", because they might think that only 6 core services are required.
: So some appropriate explanations are needed to improve 'Getting Started'.

2) In Introduction (http://docs.openstack.org/draft/training-guides/associate-guide/01-getting-started.html#4 ),
some trainees might think that "a web interface" does not include CLI or REST APIs. Need to mention it at least in a note.

3) In Release Cycle (http://docs.openstack.org/draft/training-guides/associate-guide/01-getting-started.html#6 ), the current link https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Release_Cycle is old. Need to replace with a new url.
