Bug Description
Using the M10 I can very effectively use Xapps without an external monitor. We may want to have separate policies for phones and tablets, but I would think its simplest to not do this at all.
Steps:
Open a few Xapps in staged mode
Switch to desktop mode for a while
Switch back to staged mode
What happens:
A dialog is presented with two options - to reconnect (I was never connected) or close all
What should happen
Nothing, go to staged mode.

so this! i tried to replace my old mouse with a new one (using unity8 on desktop), and it changed to tablet mode (i don't have a touch screen so it's kind of useless on desktop) and then that dialogue. it's like totally not what i wanted to happen. expected: nothing. result ^^
