Add test for provisioning of virt nodes in UI

Add tests for virt roles in fuel-ui suit:

 * Create cluster with neutron + VLAN
 * Assign virt and compute roles to physical node
 * Configure JSON for new VM
 * Provision VM
 * Check that provision is finished successfully
