[RFE] Finer control over DHCP/DNS support

As of today, http://docs.openstack.org/developer/networking-infoblox/installation.html#configure-infoblox-grid in part reads as the following: "DHCP only or DNS only configurations will be supported in an upcoming coming release."

We have run some test in "DNS only" configuration today. Wu would like to know whether it is coming the very next release.

In addition, We would like to have the following options:

DNS Record Only, i.e., only create and delete DNS record in infoblox but not any other DNS features, e.g., resolving ip address of hostnames. This would allow reduced dependence on Infoblox in Openstack daily operations.

Non-blocking DNS Record Only, similar to above except that it guarantees that Openstack is not impacted on any errors maintaining DNS Record.

DNS Record Only for Floating IP Only, similar to above but maintaining DNS record for Openstack floating ip only. The hostname for such DNS record in this context will use the "Default Host Name Pattern" or use a new configuration EA. We are considering to use this option.

DNS Record Only for External Network Only, similar to above but maintaining DNS record for Openstack external network only.
