Bug Description
Copying, moving, or deleting files makes the app act urgent (i.e. bounces in the dock), even when focused. This is not visible ootb on elementary OS since our dock theme does not implement the urgency, but switching to another theme exposes the issue.

The Plank icon bounces upon completion of the file operation (not during updates) using e.g. Greybird theme.
