Bug Description

When trying to install LyX in synaptic, I have:
lyx:
 Depends: lyx-common but it is not going to be installed
 Depends: lyx-xforms but it is not going to be installed or
  lyx-qt but it is not going to be installed

It's Breezy, lyx 1.3.4-2ubuntu2.

I have packages prepared, but bob2 aka Rob Weir promised to fix it in debian. So I'm urgently waiting for his upload to unstable to request a sync to breezy

lyx-qt depends on libqt3c102-mt (>= 3:3.3.3) but the package not available
