Depends: gstreamer0.10-fluendo-mp3 but it is not installable

I tried to install the deb from ppa:dpm/ppa on 16.04 and it fails with that error. Not sure we need this hard dependency, or perhaps it should be 1.0

actually both are in the control file, must have been inadvertent to not remove the older version reference
