qalculate-gtk 0.9.9-1 is available on Ubuntu 17.04 and later.

If you need a newer package version in previous versions of Ubuntu, please follow the instructions for "Requesting a Backport" at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuBackports#Requesting_a_Backport.
