Going from portrait to landscape while in crop mode doesn't center the photo

Bug Description
The behavior is different that when first going to landscape then edit > crop.
[Procedures]
1.open gallery-open one picture
2.click the edit
3.choose the Crop
4.landscape screen
[Expect result]
the picture display usual
[Actual results]
the picture not centered
[Reproduce]
