Bug Description
Configuration:
ISO: 9.0 mos iso 565
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new environment with default settings
2. Navigate to tab Settings->Storage
3. Click on checkboxes Cinder LVM over iSCSI for volumes and Ceph RadosGW for objects (Swift API)
4. Click 'Save Settings'
Expected results:
Opportunity to choose Swift and RadosGW together is absent
Actual result:
Opportunity to choose Swift and RadosGW together
