Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
When you encounter a page that needs flash in order to display properly, you're presented a dialog with an option to install either Adobe Flash or Gnash. When you choose to install, at least Gnash, then the software is downloaded from the global repository instead of the mirror spesified in /etc/apt/

Have you tried temporarily disabling the other sources?
