Bug Description
Currently devstack plugin for murano lives in murano repository. This means, that only murano-ci jobs are run against it. This means, that murano-
We need to implement a way to check dashboard ci jobs on our CI.
This can be done via a per-comment job. Smth like 'verify dashboard-ci' or 'check dashboard', that would trigger a ci job run against current commit in dashboard
