Right click and close a tab twice crashes Konsole.

Bug Description

If your system is slowed down by lots of writes to the hard drive, right clicking on a Konsole tab and telling it to close may not take effect for ~20 seconds. If you right click on the same tab and tell it to close again before it goes away, Konsole (all tabs) will crash when the second close request finally goes through.
