rsyslogd contains deprecated settings in the configuration

Bug Description

The rsyslogd service configured with deprecated action settings:

root@node-1:~# grep -m1 "rsyslogd.*deprecated" /var/log/syslog
Jul 3 21:15:39 node-1 rsyslogd-2307: warning: ~ action is deprecated, consider using the 'stop' statement instead [try http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2307 ]

Also, configuration tries to load the imfile module several times:

root@node-1:~# grep -m1 "rsyslogd.*imfile" /var/log/syslog
<43>Jul 3 21:18:15 node-1 rsyslogd-2221: module 'imfile' already in this config, cannot be added

    Fix rsyslog deprecated and duplicate settings

    This change moves the 'imfile' module loading to the separate one
    configuration file and fix the rsyslogd-2307 [0] in all snippets.
