Bug Description

There is no "Installed apps" and "Installed scopes" categories. This makes it impossible to uninstall scopes and apps not needed that are not listed in the categories (since there is also no "all" category that actually shows all scopes and apps) and not found when searching. I am unable to uninstall El pais scope (I do not know Spanish) since I cannot find it anywhere in the Ubuntu store scope because of the missing "Installed apps" and "Installed scopes" categories.

I am using OTA 11, Norwegian localisation on BQ M10 FHD.

This feature is very useful.
It exists for years on Android and iOS.

I have updated from OTA-9.5 to OTA-13 and I have scopes, which are installed, but I can't find them on Ubuntu Store to remove. So we need feauture for removing obsolete packages too.
