do-release-upgrade doesn't clearly communicate the target version

Bug Description
When upgrading via do-release-upgrade -d I was not notified which version I would be upgraded to. That would have been really nice. I had to scroll up and see xenial.gz in the output to have any idea what version I was being upgraded to.
